Brief introduction
HFGEL-120-H  nanometer organic clay is a kind of organic montmorillonite with high purity containing hydroxyl organic ammonium modification, and is mainly used for polymer modification such as PET (PBT), PU, PA, EP and so on. Because of the high ratio of montmorillonite surface/ thickness and the interaction between polymer chains and montmorillonite lamellae which can improve the dynamic properties, HDP, dimensional stability, gas and UV blocking properties of the polymer.

  It is mainly used in polymer original polymerization or double screw melting extrusion modification such as PET (PBT), PU, PA, EP and so on.
In original polymerization, make montmorillonite fully dispersed in the monomer or in the monomer, and then aggregate according to conventional methods. The double screw melt extrusion should first make the organic clay powder and the polymer fully mixed or add the organic clay powder from the other side of the double screw machine. Twin screw extruder should choose the high shear screw structure, suitable screw speed, and relatively low melting temperature. Keep high melt viscosity of the polymer, to make polymer obtain high shear strength in the extrusion process in order to exfoliate and disperse montmorillonite lamellae.
Brown paper packages plus internal polyethylene film bags, or paper packages with valve mouths are used. The weight of each package is generally 25±0.25kg according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with the temperature of 0~30℃. The quality is valid for 24 months.
