Brief introduction
SMP-HV2 water thickening agent is a high purity montmorillonite clay, which is purified, nano - modified, and is treated with high purity, which is white or light gray powder, non-toxic and tasteless, soft texture.   Pre gel method: weigh quantitative SMP-HV2 aqueous thickener, in under the condition of stirring slowly added to the 25 to 35 DEG C water and avoid caking. Increase the speed to 1500-2000rpm, dispersed 20-30min, making montmorillonite fully swell and disperse and form a homogeneous suspension, placing 8-12h. Set aside. Then under the stirring condition according to the measurement of the bentonite suspension was added to the required system to fully disperse and mix. (general montmorillonite in water pre dispersion concentration in 5%). The general pre gel than the direct dispersing method for the dispersion, use the effect will be better.
Outside the package of kraft paper bag, the inner packing uses the double layer packing of the polyethylene film bag, or the paper bag packing, the weight is usually 25 + 0.25kg, or by the user request packing. Under the condition of dry condition, the temperature is 0~30, and the quality is 24 months.
