BS-1C-1  as a thickening, anti settling, resistance to flow thixotropic agent, widely used in industrial paint, floor paint, anticorrosive paint, ship paint and powder coatings.

BS-1C-1 can be dispersed at room temperature, generally can be prepared by the pre gel, and then in the process of grinding and dispersing can be added. To obtain the best dispersion effect the best use of high shear dispersion equipment. BS-1C-1 need polar activated agent can be fully dispersed, polar activation agents such as: propylene carbonate and methanol / water (95 / 5), ethanol / water (95 / 5) or acetone, polar activation dosage can be adjusted according to different system, typically 30-50% of the amount of organic soil; BS-1C-1 can also be added directly, but it is best to in pigment and filler before is added to the resin and the solvent system, through high speed stirring, bentonite reached full dispersion effect. The amount of BS-1C-1 in the system is usually 0.5-2.0% (weight ratio).

Outside the package of kraft paper bag, the inner packing uses the double layer packing of the polyethylene film bag, or the paper bag packing, the weight is usually 25 + 0.25kg, or by the user request packing. Under the condition of dry condition, the temperature is 0~30, and the quality is 24 months.
