Brief introduction

HFGEL-120-Q  is quaternary ammonium cations modified organoclay, specifically designed as a thickening agent used in naphthenic oil, paraffin-based mineral oils and synthetic oils. It has good thickening properties, anti-corrosion properties and temperature resistance. HFGEL-120-Q  organoclay can be either single dispersed in the base oil made bentonite grease, or can be used as a thickener and suspense agent in solid lubricants such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide. HFGEL-120-Q is made after three times of purification and then modified. It is without quartz, feldspar and other hard impurities, low abrasion. The grease made from it is suitable for high-speed, high load and precision machinery lubrication. It can be used in a long-term under a high temperature of 150 ℃, the temperature resistance is better than conventional lithium grease and polymerization urea grease, and is equal to molybdenum disulfide grease. HFGEL-120-Q  can also be used in the grease for making cable.
