Brief introduction
HFGEL-120-G  polymer organic clay is a pair of long chain alkyl ammonium modifying organic montmorillonite with high purity, and is a type of broad-spectrum polymer modifier. It is mainly used for thermal plastic polymer twin-screw such as EVA, TPO melting and modifying. It can improve the dynamic properties such as polymer tensile strength, flexural strength, and modulus and improve HDT, dimensional stability, gas resistance properties, flame resistance properties.

  It is used for thermal plastic polymer such as PP、PE modifying.
Generally we use a two-step double screw melting extrusion. In the first step we use maleic anhydride or polyolefin grafted from PP、PE、EVA to make masterbatch with 40-50% of montmorillonite; In the second step we use PP, PE or EVA to dilute the above masterbatch to about 5-8% of montmorillonite, and use double screw melting to get out to make out the needed materials. Double screw melting machine should have a bigger ratio of length / diameter as far as possible and high shear screw structure. The melting temperature should not be too high, to keep the polymer in the extrusion process achieve higher shear strength in order to make layers of montmorillonite exfoliated.
Brown paper packages plus internal polyethylene film bags, or paper packages with valve mouths are used. The weight of each package is generally 25±0.25kg according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with the temperature of 0~30℃. The quality is valid for 24 months.
